Team Fit Classes

Team Fit outdoor classes are high energy, challenging and fun. Using a variety of terrain and equipment, you will sprint, climb, lunge and press your way to that lean athletic body you have always dreamed of.

Class Schedule & Locations:

  • Tuesdays 9am-10am
    Garfield Park
    Mission Street, South Pasadena
  • Saturdays 7am-8am

Team Fit Private Training

Team Fit Private Training will take you from amateur to elite athlete. Michele will assess your current goals and fitness level and design a program specifically for you. Your program will incorporate all of the following fitness disciplines:

  • Resistance training to increase muscle tone and decrease body fat
  • Interval training to speed up metabolism
  • Endurance training to improve your cardiovascular health
  • Balance training to strengthen joints and ligaments
  • Flexibility training to keep you injury free
  • Core strengthening to improve your posture and flatten your tummy

Your package includes initial fitness consultation (movement, body composition and nutritional assessment). A personalized fitness plan and 8 week follow up assessments.

Sessions will be held in her studio or at your home.
